How can I cancel my marketgoo subscription?
Subscriptions can always be cancelled by following this click path:
1. Click on 'Your Website Name'
2. Look for 'Manage Subscription'
3. There will be a feedback form that will appear when you cancel your subscription (we strongly recommend filling this for us to improve our services) and once you're decided, select "Cancel my subscription" and confirm it.
You can also contact our support team at support@marketgoo.com so we can double-check the status of your subscription and whether you’ve successfully canceled your plan.
Please know that request for cancelling via email request does not bind to a cancellation from our side. We strongly encourage you to leave your feedback with us so we can continue improving our product.

First time subscriptions and first time renewals have a 5 days full refund policy. You will be subscribed to marketgoo as a monthly subscription for $29.97 per month automatically. If your account is not terminated with prior notice of at least 5 days before the end of the contract period, then you will automatically be enrolled for another month. Your payment option can be selected either during registration or in the customer options (credit/debit card).
marketgoo Pro (Annual)
First time subscriptions and first time renewals have a 5 days full refund policy. You will be subscribed to marketgoo as an annual subscription for $23.96 per month/billed annually. If your account is not terminated with a prior notice of at least 5 days before the end of the contract period, then you will automatically be enrolled for another year of use, billed annually. Your payment option can be selected either during registration or in the customer options (credit/debit card).
