Is a link analysis technique described in the paper  Combating Web Spam with TrustRank by researchers Zoltan Gyongyi and Hector Garcia-Molina of Stanford University and Jan Pedersen of Yahoo!. The technique is used for semi-automatic separation of useful webpages from spam.
