What If I Find A Bug while using marketgoo?

Bugs can happen, if you come across one please don't hesitate to let us know. However, it can help to try a few general troubleshooting steps just to see if it's a temporary glitch. If you encounter a potential bug, please try the steps:

  • Refreshing your browser and clearing out your browser cookies and cache
  • Open a fresh incognito browser and see if the process works
  • Open another browser like Firefox or Chrome and see if the process works

Chrome Developer Tools

To collect a screenshot from your Chrome Developer Tools, please follow these steps:

  1. Open Developer Tools
  2. Click the Console tab
  3. Refresh the page
  4. Take a screenshot of the results, the entire window, including the URL, is recommended

Firefox Developer Tools

To collect a screenshot from your Firefox Developer Tools, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Hamburger menu on the top right
  2. Click on Web Developer
  3. Click on Inspector
  4. Click the Console tab
  5. Refresh the page and perform the action that is returning the error
  6. Take a screenshot of the results, the entire window, including the URL, is recommended

How To Take A Screenshot


It helps us a great deal to resolve potential bugs if you can take a screenshot of your whole window including the dev console.


Mac OSX

Press Command + Shift + 3 keys – To take a full-screen screenshot that saves on your desktop as a .png.

Windows

  1. Open Snipping Tool
  2. Press Ctrl + PrtScn keys. This captures the entire screen
  3. Save your snip to your desktop
