As partners of One.com, we have a special version of marketgoo bundled for One.com customers and with this, we have an agreement for support which directs all questions for marketgoo on One.com platform be directed to One.com support on the first point of contact.

If the issue is not resolved by One.com team, they will need to escalate the case/ticket to marketgoo support for further investigation.
